With an overload of new items from Blueberry, Exile for 50L Fridays, Glam Affair at Shiny Shabby and Vale Koer’s amazing Harley heels at KUSTOM 9!!
Sorry it’s been a while since my last blog, real life happens and then I decided to fully format my computer and reinstall Windows 10 since my older version was quite buggy and quite frankly driving my insane. Still, for now it seems better! Knock on wood..
Anyhows! While I was away, new rounds of various shopping events started including a brand new round of Kustom 9 where Vale Koer has released the shoes I’ve been hungering for ever since the first pictures of Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn in the upcoming Suicide Squad movie were released. The gorgeous and sporty sneaker heels that I’m dying to own in both lives but for now, just owning them in Second Life will have to do! Over the past few months Vale Koer has vastly become one of my favorite places to go when it comes to sneakers and these babies really do not disappoint at all. You can buy them in various color combinations (the white/black/orange Margot Robbie ones included) or buy a fat pack and go color crazy via the HUD as so many different sections of the shoe are changeable. On top of that you can wear them with or without the high tops and they’re made to fit most common mesh bodies and feet out there. One thing to keep in mind is that, if you wish to preserve the original preset the shoes came in then you’d best make a copy of them as there’s no presets in the HUD and otherwise you’ll be spending your time trying to redo their original setup.
Blueberry has also been quite busy pushing out new releases lately. Since my last post about a week’ish ago, there have been 2 new releases at the Blueberry mainstores. First up was the skirt I’m wearing today, a cute mini with a side split that can be worn with or without the belt and the second is the jacket and top I’ve got on. I’m a big big fan of this jacket especially and kinda prone to leather jackets in general but this Blueberry one comes in so many different colors and a vast amount of t-shirt options. When it comes to Blueberry and a mix & match item such as this, it’s nearly impossible to pass up on the fat pack which comes with an additional set of t-shirts! Overall there are 15 different color options which in turn can be mixed up, the zippers of the jacket have their own section on the HUD so you can interchange those as well and if you get the fat pack there’s 3 (5 if you count silver vs. gold) different patterns for the shirt. Well, 2 printed and 1 blank. On top of that, the shirt can be hidden/turned off altogether if you wanna get a little sexy or wear a different shirt underneath. Bear in mind though that the jacket is rather tight on the body so if you wanna wear a different shirt or a bra underneath, applier based ones are probably your best option here. All in all, both these releases are absolutely fantastic and as always Blueberry just keeps on draining my pockets.. thanks!
Things that further brightened my day? Glam Affair has a gacha out at this round for Shiny Shabby with brand new applier HUDs for the LOGO heads! The gacha is 99L per play and contains most skin tones that Glam Affair has available so be sure to try your luck! What makes this new release even better is the fact that the LOGO Alex heads were updated today! There’s some overall bug fixes for the ears and necks, hairbase/skull pieces can be hidden now, some new hairbase functions were integrated if you use the Omega version and expressions no longer reset upon relogging! On top of these bug fixes there’s some new features for Omega based make ups, chat emotes and random expressions, installers for your addons to integrate them into the base HUD and a new tinting and alpha masking feature. And that’s just a quick recap as the actual updates notecard contains far more detailed information. If you own LOGO Alex, be sure to accept the update that’s coming your way and if you missed it, check the terminals at the LOGO mainstore because this update is a big and valuable one!
